Hi, I’m Cassidy. I’m a life-long learner and educator committed to living a curious, creative, and courageous life.

My mission is clear: I want to educate and empower others to live more wholeheartedly.

To me, living from the heart defies logic. However, more of us need to tune into who we really are, how we want to live, and what we strive for to really show up—for our communities and ourselves.

This message wasn’t always so clear to me. With my high creativity and desire to succeed, I’ve always had a deep love for education. I entrenched myself in learning at a young age—both in school and in a more creative capacity in our world.

On my journey, I became an art teacher, obtained a Master's degree in education, a Master’s degree in educational leadership, was hired to lead innovative teaching and learning at public magnet schools, and led the development, design, and implementation of a global K-12 visual arts curriculum product.

A series of life events and intuition led me to enter a new arena as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. I dug back into what I love: research, innovation, creativity, teaching, and people. I empower people of all ages to be curious, creative, and courageous learners. I believe we are never done learning and growing.

As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I work directly with individuals and teams to become more courageous. Together we answer hard questions: why are we "doing" life this way? What might we get curious about? How can we grow? What is our call to courage?

Living requires a lot of bravery... and I am here to help us lean into the journey with our whole hearts.
